A boutique project of 13 residential units on 4 floors in the heart of the flea market, which includes the preservation of the existing store building.

The project combines an internal patio and is built in the spirit of the period.

The project was operationally complex since the building had to be erected over an existing building for preservation in the scope of the entire lot, so it was not possible to go down with columns in the center of the project but only in its perimeter.
